Newsstand Task


 For this task, I went to Tesco. The magazine aisle is right next to the entrance which means that it is the first thing customers will see when they walk into the store. All of the magazines are separated by genre such as music, entertainment and food which allows the customer to immediately find the section in which the magazine they are looking for is in depending on what it is about. Each individual magazine is stacked so that its masthead and front cover can be seen clearly. This allows the customer to find the magazine they are specifically looking for and also allows them to see if an artist they like is on the front cover. By allowing them to see other magazines with artist they like on them increases the amount of customers and profit for other magazines as well as the ones the customer reads already.
